Sittiphong Muay Thai - Technical Muay Femur Training

The Real Muay Thai You Came to Thailand For

Kru Sittiphong -Active in Thailand’s Fight Scene

Step into the art of Muay Thai under the guidance of a professional Muay Femur fighter who has lived it.

A Golden Era champion with over 500 fights and deep roots in Bangkok’s elite fight scene. Forged at the legendary Eminent Air Gym, Kru Sittiphong now teaches from his own Thai- run Muay Femur training center in Northern Thailand.

Learn the original, beautiful art of Muay Femur — from a real Thai fighter.

Here, we preserve the art of timing, distance, patience, and control. While others chase power, we build fight IQ, discipline, and true technique — through small, focused classes rooted in respect.

Kru Sittiphong demonstrates Muay Femur in it’s pure form- rhythm, timing, control - and brings home the gold medal.

“From Bangkok’s best to Pai’s hidden gem — the art of Muay Thai lives here".

We accept only 15 students at a time — by design.
This keeps training personal, focused, and true to the Muay Femur way.

“Not a tourist training factory”

  • Large classes where your just another number

  • Hard Sparring before your ready

  • Repetitive routines without correction

  • No real understanding of Muay Femur or Muay Boran

  • Pushing foreign fighters to fight just to take a cut.

  • Fighting for experience not development

  • It’s not Thai-style. It’s tourist-style.

  • You're not training. You're just surviving.

  • And you’re being sold an illusion.

What You’re Really Looking For:

  • Smaller classes where you're seen, and corrected.

  • A coach who builds timing, distance, and Fight IQ.

  • Safe, technical sparring that builds real confidence

  • Training rooted in Muay Femur-intelligent and composed

  • Real Thai tradition -Muay Boran and Wai Kru

  • A place where you’re not just training hard — you’re becoming someone stronger

This is what we protect at Sittiphong Muay Thai.
That’s the real Thailand you came for.

A different way to train

You won’t get lost in a crowd.
Classes are capped at 15 students, led personally by Kru Sittiphong — a professional fighter forged in Bangkok’s elite fight scene at Eminent Air Gym

This is Muay Femur: balance, timing, composure, creativity, and intelligence.
Every 3.5-hour session is structured with intention. We build technique, mindset, and physical conditioning through precision.

Recovery is part of training. Mindfulness, controlled pacing, and in our saltwater recovery pool are integrated into the experience.

On Saturdays, we go deeper, we step into Thailand’s warrior history through Wai Kru and Muay Boran, the raw, pre-modern form of Muay Thai few modern gyms still preserve.

Training Structure Snapshot

Morning Classes

Advance booking required – no walk-ins

Structured 3.5-hour sessions that blend warm-up, technical training, and cool-down — all rooted in traditional Muay Femur.

Recovery & Rest

Afternoons are free to support muscle recovery, prevent injury, and give working students flexibility.
Optional recovery tools like stretching, mindfulness, and our on-site saltwater pool are built into your week — not sold as extras.

Private Sessions

Not always necessary — our group classes are small and personalized.
But if you're on limited time or have a specific goal, private sessions are available by request in the afternoons.

Small Class Size

Maximum of 12 students per class
You’ll never get lost in a crowd. Every student gets feedback, correction, and guidance.

Sparring Culture

Thai-style sparring is playful, technical, and safe.
We don’t try to win against each other — we learn with each other.

Closed Sundays

We believe in full-body recovery and mental reset. One day a week is dedicated to rest, reflection, or exploring Pai.

🧭 Team Culture & Community

Training together means more than just class time.
We take group trips to local temples, support our fighters at events, and travel as a team in our private vehicle (6 student seats).

Because at Sittiphong Muay Thai, you're not just another face in a packed gym — you're part of a focused, respectful crew.
