✅ Sittiphong Muay Thai Refund Policy
At Sittiphong Muay Thai, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund policy that respects both our students and our business operations. Below is our official refund policy for training packages and gear purchases.
📌 Training Package Refund Policy
🔹 Full Refund (Minus Processing Fees) – If Canceled 14+ Days Before Start Date
If you cancel at least 14 days before your training begins, you are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees (if applicable).
Processing fees are typically 2-5% of the transaction depending on the payment method.
🔹 50% Refund – If Canceled 7-13 Days Before Start Date
If you cancel between 7-13 days before your training start date, we will refund 50% of your total booking fee.
🔹 No Refund – If Canceled Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date
Due to limited class sizes and preparation, cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
🔹 Transfer Option – If You Cannot Attend
If you cannot attend training but wish to transfer your booking to a later date, we will accommodate one free date change within 6 months of the original booking.
📌 Refund Policy for Gear Purchases
🔹 Full Refund or Exchange – For Unused Gear Within 7 Days
If your purchased gear is unused and in original condition, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
🔹 No Refunds on Used Gear
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn gear, including mouthguards, hand wraps, or used apparel.
📌 Exceptions & Special Cases
✔ Medical Emergencies – If you experience a medical emergency preventing training, we will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. A doctor’s note may be required.
✔ Travel Disruptions – If your travel plans are unexpectedly canceled (e.g., border restrictions), we can offer a date change instead of a refund.
✔ Extreme Situations – If an unavoidable situation arises (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we will work with you to find a fair solution.
📌 How to Request a Refund or Date Change
1️⃣ Email us at Sittiphongmuaythai@gmail.com with your full name, order details, and reason for refund/date change.
2️⃣ We will review your request within 48 hours and respond with next steps.
3️⃣ If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Training Interruption Policy
We prioritize student safety and hygiene, maintaining a clean training area and equipment. However, contagious illnesses can still occur.
If a student becomes ill due to a viral or bacterial infection (excluding alcohol- or drug-related conditions) and an instructor asks them to leave to prevent the spread, we will add the missed training days to their package so they don’t lose out.
If a student is unable to train due to illness and is leaving soon, we will consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis—we don’t want students training while sick or feeling they’ve wasted their money.
Common contagious illnesses requiring temporary exclusion from training include:
Staph infections (can return 48 hours after starting antibiotics).
EKC (Epidemic Keratoconjunctivitis) – a viral eye infection common in Thailand (contagious until eye redness subsides).
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Sittiphong Muay Thai a safe and clean training environment.
